Rights and Collective Bargaining<\/h3>\n\n<ol>\n    <li>Strengthen union recognition, access rights, and collective bargaining.<\/li>\n    <li>Lower recognition thresholds and secure facility time for union representatives.<\/li>\n    <li>Fully implement Labour&#8217;s &#8220;Make Work Pay&#8221; commitments.<\/li>\n    <li>Expand collective bargaining over AI and workplace technology.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3>AI Regulation and Worker Protection<\/h3>\n\n<ol start=\"5\">\n    <li>Introduce a statutory right to consultation before tasks are transferred to automation.<\/li>\n    <li>Require prior union agreement before deploying new workplace technologies.<\/li>\n    <li>Guarantee paid retraining, redeployment, or job protection where technology threatens jobs.<\/li>\n    <li>Regulate AI to ensure it supports jobs rather than replaces workers.<\/li>\n    <li>Introduce stricter regulation of AI in public services to prevent staff replacement.<\/li>\n    <li>Establish AI liability frameworks for harms or incidents.<\/li>\n    <li>Ensure transparency in AI systems and protect workers from AI bias and data misuse.<\/li>\n    <li>Strengthen legislation governing worker data rights and AI-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n    <li>Require ethical, environmental, and social regulation of AI, including sustainable infrastructure standards.<\/li>\n    <li>Promote public ownership or democratic control of strategically important AI systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3>Transition Support<\/h3>\n\n<ol start=\"15\">\n    <li>Create a &#8220;Just Transition Fund&#8221;
