Having cleared out nearly all my miniature models from Dungeons and Dragons & Warhammer, I was wondering about replacing some of them. Where to buy them and how to get them painted. Here are my notes. This was originally done in 2019 and I didn’t get round to seriously considering this until 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Where to get Minis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

3D printing is going to change this business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In 2025, I found this, https:\/\/thebrotherhoodgames.co.uk\/<\/a>, worth a visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Games Workshop obviously, but more interested in Armies than Heroes, but here’s their “Old World” Empire of Man inventory<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. I found a couple of sources for naval minis<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. And this site, by this guy does 3D printing STLs<\/a>  for Locatha\/Fishmen<\/a>, Nov 2019<\/em> seems to be still up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The original page predicted that 3D printing was going to change the business, and I said, Yup, here’s heroforge<\/a>! I originally made three templates, an elf, a tortle and a tabxi!<\/p>\n\n\n
