I like kedgeree and there are many ways to make it. Here are my notes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    What I say!<\/h3>\n

    1. Hard boil the eggs<\/li>\n
    2. Cook the rice<\/li>\n
    3. Poach and flake the fish<\/li>\n
    4. Fry the mustard seeds, soften the onion and add the garlic. Add the spices, (usually garam masala but add some ginger\u00a0 or cinnamon to taste) and the rice.<\/li>\n
    5. Add some water, add the fish and some peas or spring onion tails.<\/li>\n
    6. Serve with sour cream and coriander with the eggs on top of the sour cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
