The UK Govt. and EU Commission have agreed a treaty to govern the UK’s 3rd party relationship with the EU covering trade, some programmes, security and governance. But its consequences are here to stay: for businesses and the practical realities of new relationship. Europe, as a political issue, will have a new face but will not go away.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
