The Labour Party URL for the report is <a href=\"https:\/\/labour.org.uk\/document\/npf-final-year-docs\/\">here<\/a>, on the Labour Party&#8217;s main site and behind the members&#8217; ID wall; I have made <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1F1f525Fo7yMQ_6XUQKoQPkD6gFXcwi-J\/view?usp=share_link\">a mirror<\/a>. It is strangely not on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policyforum.labour.org.uk\/\">the NPF site<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Labour List <a href=\"https:\/\/labourlist.org\/2023\/07\/labour-manifest-national-policy-forum-what-policies-stand\/\">report <\/a>that a number of amendments have been accepted, and list the topics of those they deem in important, yet to be debated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 12th July, I checked on the likely sources of amendment to the EU policies, the <strong><em>LME position<\/em><\/strong> is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policyforum.labour.org.uk\/commissions\/working-with-europe-ambitious-for-britain\">here<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1GGEpOGuwAKZHuUQYYfdeR0ANOWAOEkQE\/view?usp=drive_link\">supplemented by a polemical document<\/a>, and the Lewisham Deptford proposal is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policyforum.labour.org.uk\/commissions\/build-eu-ties\">here<\/a>. I made an extract of the original draft on <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1F6r9zkzlxvqSpUOtClDTVQjT7n2W2EA-\/view?usp=drive_link\">European Trade<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1F2FZdp2ogROrQ4BAppA9e85Wx0Cefip_\/view?usp=drive_link\">Immigration<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1F6DiyJ2l0XJ9fkZaH-Tqx-iuBPtZjWp7\/view?usp=drive_link\">Asylum<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LME position makes proposals to use the <a href=\"https:\/\/taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu\/customs-4\/international-affairs\/pan-euro-mediterranean-cumulation-and-pem-convention_en\">pan-European &amp; Mediterranean convention<\/a> on rules of origin as a substitute for the single market; if acceptable to the EU, this only solves one of the problems that the exclusion from the EU&#8217;s single market causes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to amend the NPF Draft Report, Labour Party members had until <strong>May 29<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> just over three weeks, to notify, through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.policyforum.labour.org.uk\/about\/npf\">their CLP NPF Reps<\/a> changes they want to see.
