A city I know well so maybe I should share some stuff with you. The page was probably created as something my then US colleagues at Sun might refer to, but its been a while since I worked there. On this page, I have a google map of my places in the ‘City’ and West End, although it expands to all over the world; it’s my “saved places” map, and I now have a South London & City map which is more up to date. I also have some links to my ancient bookmarks and I also point at my public photos on Flickr.

I never put a “Hotels” linkroll on the page. I was also playing with an ambition to spend a Citybreak in London, I had lived there for many years before moving to Hampshire, and always said to myself that it was great to visit the museums, theatres, concerts and cinemas, but never did. This page was not updated between Feb 2009 and June 2013, although both my google maps and flickr sites were.

Places

Firstly, a google map, with placemarks for places to eat and things to do. N.B. I rarely stay in a Hotel and so there are non marked.

Links, tags and piccies

I originally tracked pubs, restaurants and other things about London on delicious, but the service has been gone for a long time. I rescued some of them and hold them in an rss file called London-bookmarks which is included below and for some reason includes the Brussels bookmarks too.

My London set at flickr is here… and can be viewed below.

This wiki now has a London tag.
