Forms with Google

The time has come! I found this, and am working through it as an example. Here are my notes.

Here’s my first form https://goo.gl/forms/Fqydq6nwtV4lHtDE2. I have used a standard template. The response tab has an on/off switch it would be nice to have a gone away postion. i.e. this form is no longer accepting responses, I suppose responses = off has this position. 

I needed to make a form to integrate with my carrd site; and I looked at these links …
