I discovered that my two remote disks cannot be seen on my W10 laptop, nor my elementary OS laptop. I fixed this by rebooting the disks which are connected to the network via an RJ45/USB connector to a BT Home Hub. This should work better than that. Here are my notes. … Read More

It seems that googledrive integration with Linux is going to be weak for some reason, it can’t be because it’s hard given the Linux expertise that exists in the company and they seem not to be implementing WEBDAV. This is a bit of a pain as I’d love to use the default file managers on my Linux builds. However, google publish a developer API and Nautilus is open source. It could be done. Read More
